Tegan Earsa

Client Concierge

Extending a warm welcome to all of our Basepoint clients each day is our very own Client Concierge Tegan Earsa. 

Tegan grew up in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area and graduated from Linn-Mar before earning her cosmetology license from Capri College in 2009. She spent 10 years in the beauty industry, working at New York Fashion Week, managing a large Minneapolis salon, and traveling as an educator for Aveda. 

Now back in her hometown, Tegan enjoys spending quality time with her husband Bart and their children, taking in leisure activities including yoga, baking, reading, traveling, and spending time at farmers markets enjoying the local scene. She is passionate about community involvement, having volunteered with Young Parents Network and participated in Variety – The Children’s Charity events. 

At Basepoint Wealth, Tegan appreciates the company’s family values and is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client. She loves meeting new people, supporting local businesses, and living by her motto: Have fun at all costs.
