Experienced Financial Advisor

An experienced advisor is one who has been in the role of advising clients on investments, insurance, taxes, or general planning for at least 5 years and who maintains an active client base at their present employer. We are specifically seeking experienced advisors in the following three categories:

Late-Career / Succession-Seeking Advisors

  • Seeking a succession plan for their existing practice
  • Desire to retire with confidence that clients are in the hands of experienced professionals doing business the "right way"
  • Assistance with transitioning an existing practice while maximizing value
  • CFP® (or similar) professional designation desired but not required for advisors with less than 3 years to retirement

Motivated Mid-Career Advisors

  • Plug into a team of experts while focusing time and energy on high-growth / more enjoyable aspects of client relationships
  • Opportunity for succession-driven growth and firm equity
  • Looking to transition to a fee-only business model
  • $50M+ AUM or equivalent planning client base that can transition with you
  • CFP® (or similar) professional designation desired, or willingness to obtain within 3 years of employment

G2 / Next-Gen Advisors

  • An existing client base of $10-20M+ AUM that can transition with you
  • Build a sustainable client base focused on high quality client service
